Return Policy

  1. Return Eligibility Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and accessories included.
  2. Non-returnable Items Certain items such as personalized goods are not eligible for return.
  3. Proof of Purchase Returns must be accompanied by an original receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Restocking Fee We may charge a restocking fee for items not returned in their original condition.
  5. Product Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
  6. Gift Returns If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  7. International Returns For international returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties and taxes.
